5. Weather & Force Majeure

In cases of extreme rain, flash waterlogging, or severe road obstructions in Vemgal, delivery partner safety takes priority. Delivery timelines may be extended by 5 to 10 minutes. Customers are notified in real-time on the live tracking screen in such events.
