• Contact Information: Name, 10-digit Indian mobile number, and email address for account authentication, order confirmations, and delivery SMS/OTP.
• Delivery Location: GPS coordinates, street address, apartment/house details, and landmark information to enable hyper-local routing and 15-minute delivery.
• Transaction Data: Items ordered, order value, payment status, Razorpay transaction reference IDs. (Note: VemNow never stores your credit/debit card numbers or UPI PIN).
• Device & Usage Data: Device model, operating system version, browser type, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token to send order status push notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly utilized for the following operational purposes:

• Processing and delivering grocery orders directly to your exact address within 15 minutes.
• Sending transactional SMS, WhatsApp updates, and push notifications regarding order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery.
• Processing secure digital payments and refunds through certified payment gateways (Razorpay).
• Preventing fraud, bot attacks, and ensuring platform integrity.
• Improving catalog selection and inventory availability based on aggregate neighbourhood demand in Vemgal.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is shared exclusively with certified third-party service providers essential for delivery operations:

• Delivery Partners: Assigned drivers receive your delivery name, address, and masked contact number only during an active delivery task.
• Payment Gateway: Razorpay Software Private Limited processes online payments under RBI compliance and PCI-DSS Level 1 certification.
• SMS & Notifications: Fast2SMS and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for instant OTPs and live order dispatch alerts.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Vercel and Neon (PostgreSQL) servers with encrypted database connections (SSL/TLS).

4. Cookies & Local Storage
